Thursday 25th March 2010

Back locked up again today, not happy, but we'll keep pushing through. The deadlift WOD earlier this week was a stupid decision. 

A. Overhead Squat 1-1-1 (rest 5 mins), 60kg-70kg-75kg. Lame.

B. Thruster work, did a 5 minute max reps at 45kg. Got 40 reps, lame.

C. Supposed to be sprints, binned it to feel sorry for myself, lame.

Tomorrow's another day.
